At BeSeen Jewelry, we understand that your purchase is more than just jewelry—it’s an investment and a celebration. We are dedicated to ensuring your exquisite pieces arrive safely, securely, and promptly.

1. Processing & Crafting Time

Every piece of BeSeen jewelry undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection before it leaves our hands.

  • Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom & Personalized Orders: These are handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production. You will receive a specific timeline via email upon order confirmation.
  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

3. Signature & Security

To protect your high-value investment, all orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery.  We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to sign for the package.

  • We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Only: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • No P.O. Boxes: For security reasons and signature requirements, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • International: While we focus on the USA, international requests may be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email care@beseenjewelry.com for a custom quote.

5. Order Tracking

Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Insurance & Damaged Shipments

BeSeen Jewelry insures all shipments during transit. However, our liability ends once the carrier marks the item as "Delivered."

  • Lost/Stolen: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please take unboxing Video of the packaging before opening and contact us immediately at care@beseenjewelry.com.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. BeSeen is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the "re-shipping" fees.
