What’s Covered
Our warranty protects you against any issues resulting from manufacturing defects or craftsmanship. This includes:
Faulty Clasps or Closures:
If a mechanism fails due to a production error.
Loose Settings:
If a stone becomes loose because of a structural defect in the metalwork.
Chain Integrity:
Breaks caused by a weak link or faulty soldering point.
Symmetry & Finish:
Any visible errors in the original design or finish of the piece.
What’s Not Covered
Fine jewelry is delicate by nature. To maintain our high standards, our warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear & Tear:
This includes everyday scratches, dents, or the natural dulling of gold over time.
Accidental Damage:
Broken chains, bent rings, or lost stones caused by getting caught on clothing, dropping the item, or excessive force.
Improper Care:
Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, perfumes, chlorine) or improper storage.
Third-Party Alterations:
Any resizing, repairs, or engraving done by a jeweler outside of Beseen will void your warranty.
Loss or Theft:
We recommend adding your fine jewelry to your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance for full protection.
