At BeSeen Jewelry, we want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. If for any reason your piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.

1. The Return Window

To ensure the integrity of our natural diamonds and gold pieces, we maintain the following timelines:

  • Standard Purchases: You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for a Return Authorization. Items must be postmarked within 15 days of the original delivery date.
  • Klarna Purchases: In accordance with Klarna’s protection terms, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following "Pristine Condition" requirements:

  • Unworn Unaltered: The item must show no signs of wear, scratches, or resizing.
  • Original Packaging: Must include the BeSeen box, travel pouch, and any diamond grading certificates (GIA/IGL) provided.
  • Security Tags: If your item arrived with a security tag, it must remain attached. Removal of this tag voids the return.
  • Sanitary Requirements: For health and safety reasons, items must be unused and unopened in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.

4. Special Provisions for Klarna Purchases

If you completed your purchase using Klarna, the following terms override our standard policy to comply with Klarna’s Merchant Protection Program:

  • 14-Day Right to Return: You have a minimum of 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Free Return Postage: Klarna customers are eligible for free return shipping (subject to the use of our provided prepaid label).
  • Full Refunds Only: We do not offer restocking fees, store credit, or exchanges on Klarna orders. All approved returns will be processed as a full refund to your Klarna account.
  • Refund Timeline: Once the return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received, our gemologists will inspect the piece to verify the stone and metal integrity.

  • Inspection Period: Please allow 7 business days for inspection.
  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original express shipping charges (for non-Klarna orders) are non-refundable.

6. Important Legal Notes

  • Authentication: If the returned item does not match our internal gemstone database or shows signs of tampering, the return will be denied.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
  • Domestic Only: Returns are only accepted from within the United States.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email care@beseenjewelry.com with your Order Number and reason for return. Please specify if you paid via Klarna to receive your free shipping label.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and a shipping label(Only for Klarna user).
  3. Securely pack your jewelry (we recommend double-boxing).
  4. Ship the package to our secure facility at:
